Since the end of the last century, the world has witnessed economic, social, cultural and political transformations that have led to the birth of many complex phenomena, this is due to globalization and progress in Western society, The field of higher education, like other fields, was influenced by its importance in the development of generations, societies and the economy. It was embodied in the form of an adaptive system of changes, the LMD (licence, Master, PhD) adopted by Europe at the beginning of 2000. And in order to keep pace with the internal and external changes adopted by most developed countries, In order to achieve educational goals in line with the requirements of human development, so that their outputs correspond to the requirements of the labor market; In order to achieve these goals, the university must assume the responsibility of providing high-quality training, the development of curricula and teaching methods, and the formation of students and their investment in a way that suits the global competitiveness so as not to waste their material and human resources. The importance of this system, and its success to obtain an appropriate educational product in the institutions, namely the quality of the graduate student from those universities able to contribute to the development of society in all areas effectively, All this made us wonder about the effectiveness and quality of the configuration in the LMD system at the Algerian University?
